Product Pricing:
All prices include tax. A separate shipping fee will be charged.
Additional Fees:
A flat nationwide shipping fee of ¥500 will be charged.
Payment Methods and Timing:
We accept payments via credit card (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, bank transfer, and PayPay (available only via Instagram DM).
Delivery Time:
Products will be shipped approximately 2 weeks after payment confirmation.
Delivery Method:
Items will be delivered by postal service.
Returns, Defects, and Cancellations:
ZEPHER Jewelry will provide repair or replacement only in the case of manufacturing defects or damage upon arrival.
Please note: For hygiene reasons, returns and refunds are not accepted.
Custom jewelry orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances once payment is made.
In the case of defects upon arrival, only repairs will be offered.
In the event of a refund, the deposit for production (¥35,000) will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Return Deadline:
We will accept claims for defective items only if contacted within 7 days of product arrival.
